2. Sales Policy
All horse sales are considered final. Due to the nature of live animal transactions, we do not offer returns or refunds once a horse has been purchased and transferred to the buyer. We encourage all prospective buyers to thoroughly assess and evaluate any horse of interest before finalizing a purchase.
3. Pre-Purchase Evaluation
To assist buyers in making informed decisions, we offer the following services prior to purchase:
•Trial Rides: Prospective buyers are welcome to schedule trial rides to assess the horse’s compatibility with their riding style and requirements.
•Veterinary Examinations: Buyers may arrange for independent veterinary examinations at their own expense to ensure the horse’s health and suitability.
4. Exceptions
In the unlikely event that a horse is found to have a pre-existing medical condition that was not disclosed at the time of sale and that significantly affects its suitability for the intended purpose, we will work with the buyer to find a satisfactory resolution. This may include:
•Exchange: Offering an exchange for another horse of equal value, subject to availability.
•Refund: Providing a refund, contingent upon the return of the horse in the same condition as at the time of sale.
All exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
